About the Business
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist based in Bedford, and specialise in a number of areas, including sports injury, whiplash injury, back and neck pain, postural dysfunction and post-operative rehabilitation. I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist.
I treat my clients in a dedicated treatment room at home. My ethos is not just to treat the pain you are in, but to find the cause of that pain, so that we can prevent the issue re-occurring. I want to empower you to take control of the injury. My approach combines treatment and education - helping you understand your injury, and working with you to put it right. Returning to fitness requires effort from both you as a client, as well as expertise from me, the therapist. I am mother to 3 boys, run my own business and like to run so I understand how hectic life can be, and how difficult it is to prioritise looking after ourselves. The question is, if we don't look after ourselves, who will?
