Stay Active Physiotherapy

I graduated in 2004 from the University of East Anglia. I gained basic Physiotherapy core knowledge in the NHS before joining the private sector in 2008, where I developed my skills in the musculoskeletal field of Physiotherapy. I have a particular interest in sporting injuries and long term rehabilitation following injuries. I also enjoy working with paediatrics, following sporting injuries and have experience of treating children. I have attended many APCP approved courses. I have an interest and experience in aquatic therapy, for all musculoskeletal conditions. Having a competitive swimming background allows me to use my own knowledge of the benefits of water alongside my Physiotherapy training to facilitate rehabilitation of patients.

Since having my two children, I developed a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum conditions.
