AVA Physiotherapy has been designed to make you better. This encompasses your physical and mental well being. We pride ourselves on listening to your complaints and designing a treatment plan to best manage your symptoms.

We use a range of treatment techniques that are always improving with best practice and experience, developed from working with the NHS, the MOD and elite athletes.

We have a high success rate and many of our clients have stayed at AVA to continue their fitness programs after their recovery. Andy started his career working at Harrogate & District Foundation Trust and Ripon Community Hospital, since then he has gone on to work as a specialist muscular physiotherapist for the Ministry of Defence working with complex multiple injured battle casualties and rehabilitating our injured forces. Andy started AVA Physiotherapy to help provide a better, more friendly and accessible service for the general public and athletes from all genres of sport.
