We use a holistic approach to each person, in order to provide the best care possible regardless of age or physical condition. Traditionally, physiotherapy has been seen as providing exercises to treat conditions, yet like osteopaths and chiropractors we can manipulate joints. To comprehensively treat a condition, we may also use mobilisation of joints and nerves, a muscle balance approach, electrotherapy and of course exercises. At Berkhamsted Physiotherapy Clinic, we may also examine the mechanics of your feet and if appropriate provide inserts for your shoes.
