Flow Physio and Pilates has moved our Pilates classes to our own dedicated Pilates Studio, based in Torquay, Devon. At Flow we offer Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, Pilates, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Acupuncture & Paddleboarding, as well as advice on maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our aim is always to provide an honest, personalised service and we look forward to welcoming you at the studio.
