Or just use the facility during your Physio treatment session. Your therapy will include "hands on" treatment, advice on how you can help yourself and where appropriate, exercises that you can do between treatment sessions. Following a detailed assessment and examination of your condition, diagnosis will follow together with the most effective treatment.
