I am happy to treat all age ranges from children through to the elderly no matter what their functional limitations may be. Treatments available are largely in the area of musculo-skeletal out-patients which includes back and neck pain, tennis elbow, headaches, post surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, sports injuries, personal injury claims and general orthopaedic work. I have worked in a Pilates Studio for 5 years and therefore use a lot of core stability work in rehabilitation.

I have good links with Winchester Pilates where further work can be continued. I also use acupuncture as an adjunct to many of my techniques. It is generally used in conjunction with a home exercise programme to promote an all round effect. I am registered with most leading insurance companies and am happy to invoice them directly therefore limiting the cost to you as a patient. In the coming months I intend to have the clinic open on a more full time basis.
