Chris has a local, sporting background having been educated at St Anselm's College, Birkenhead and playing football for Tranmere Rovers FC at Prenton Park. He represented Merseyside at athletics andCheshire at rugby before playing over 300 games for Tranmere Rovers. He scored 75 goals between 1987 and 1995, the most important of which secured promotion to the old First Division of the Football League in 1991.

Helen qualified as a physiotherapist at Manchester University in 1996. She has worked in various NHS trusts and private practices in Merseyside, most recently as the Clinical Manager of thephysiotherapy outpatient department at Wirral University Teaching Hospital. She has also worked as a Manager / Physiotherapist in Victoria, Australia during which time she completed her Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

Jason is a director of 'Focus' and still very much a practicing clinician, fulfilling a clinical physiotherapy role, as well as undertaking ergonomic work. Jason graduated from Liverpool UniversitySchool of Physiotherapy in 1992. His formative Physiotherapy years were spent working at Aintree University Hospital. Following a number of years here, including time as a senior member of staff, working in the musculoskeletal out-patient department, he spent time working and travelling in Australia.
