I have what I believe to be a pinched/trapped nerve low in my neck (lhs), causing pain at this location and pain, pins and needles and muscle "tics" in my shoulder, arm and hand. There is also a weakness in the arm and hand. The condition has persisted for almost six weeks and is greatly aggravated by physical exercise.
