Physiotherapy Assessment
Our standard assessment with a physiotherapist is 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan.
An express assessment is available for those short on time. It is split over two 30 minute sessions - the first session involves a comprehensive assessment and your diagnosis will be fully explained. You will need to return, ideally within 48 hours, to go through your person treatment plan and start treatment.

Ryan has been fantastic! He got to the bottom of my problem within 15 mins of the first session and relieved my immediate pain. When I saw him the next time he had clearly researched my injury and had a specific plan of action. I followed his advice and within a week was pain free and much more mobile. Ryan is friendly and approachable and clearly very knowledgeable, I couldn't recommend enough!
After struggling with a persistent lower back issue, I booked a consultation with Capital Physio. The therapists quickly identified the root cause of the pain, incorrect posture whilst weight lifting. The guys advised on how I should modify my technique, particularly in regard to deadlifting form in addition to providing deep tissue massage. Thankfully, after treatment I have made a complete recovery.
