Our team of highly experienced Physiotherapists are recognised and registered with all major health insurance companies. All of our physiotherapists are HPC registered and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
BSc (Hon) Physiotherapy MCSP HCPC Ruth is our Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience gained from over 7 years in both the public and private sectors. While balancing the demands of a young family Ruth has continually developed her skills in a number of areas including Pilates, Myofascial Release & Sports Massage, Acupuncture and Running. Ruth's Pilates training has included Matwork, where she has specialised skills in instructing pre and post-natal clients and Equipment Pilates, including reformers, trapeze and chairs where she delivers very individual and progressive programs to speed recovery from injury and challenge the athletes amongst us.
