Here at Physio First we treat injury and disease by encouraging the body's own natural healing mechanisms to optimise recovery. Physiotherapy is the treatment of a wide range of conditions and injuries to the body through the use of various forms of mobilisation, massage, electrotherapy and exercise.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Hetty for the acupuncture treatment she provided me with. It healed my sciatic pain and I was really pleased with the treatment she provided. I will share my experience on my facebook page as I would highly recommend you. My daughters will miss Bella too.
