Your biomechanics underpin your unique running technique and have a big impact on your performance. Frustrating, recurrent injuries usually have an underlying biomechanical cause which has not been identified. Once we understand how you are put together and how you move, we can work with you to minimise injury, maximise performance and make your movement more efficient.
