At Oxford Sports Physio we strive to optimise human movement and function, whether for athletic performance or for everyday life. We place a strong emphasis on rehabilitation and prevention of recurrence of pain or injury.

We are Chartered Physiotherapists, specialising in Musculoskeletal problems. Located in the Greet Hall, a beautifully converted barn, we now have 4 new state of the art Balanced Body reformers offering 1:1 or small group sessions. Later in 2015 we will be opening a new treatment room and physiotherapy clinic in Warborough, Wallingford.

Our Oxford clinic adjoins a gym which we can use to analyse your running, rowing or cycling technique and set up a strength and conditioning or rehab programme. Cyclists can arrange to bring their bike and turbo trainer for movement analysis. Treatment may include joint mobilisations / manipulation, myofascial release, sports massage, acupuncture, kinesio-taping, as well as advice and exercise.
