I am a senior MSK physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience, offering both musculoskeletal and women’s pelvic health care. I help patients manage pain, improve mobility and return to the activities they value. My practice includes hands‑on treatment, personalised exercise programmes and clear guidance to help patients understand their condition and feel in control of their recovery. I also support women with pelvic floor issues, postnatal rehabilitation and pelvic pain.
