About the Business
At this time I studied Pilates, initially from the Joseph Pilates studio (New York) and then adapting with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute for a more clinical population eventually teaching my own 'core' class involving Pilates and gym ball specifically for spinal problems. Other experience involves running ACL reconstruction rehabilitation classes and post orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation. I have gained experience in providing sports massage in the Staffordshire University Sports Therapy clinic where I studied over three years.
I treated a wide range of clients from other students to members of the public and have also provided post event sports massage at various sporting events, notably the Stafford Half Marathon and the Friends for Life cycling tour. I have consolidated my experience at Staffordshire University where I studied a BSc in Sports Therapy for 3 years.
