I trained as a chartered physiotherapist in 1992 from Birmingham University and completed a diploma in Sports Medicine from St Bartholomew's Hospital. I have worked in the NHS specialising in treatingMusculo-Skeletal conditions and at present am working at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, where I use pilates in my day-to-day treatments. I trained to become a Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) and completed my training in 2005.
