My name is Sue Smith and I am the lead therapist of clinics based in Staplehurst, Cranbrookand Marden. I have nearly 30 years of practical experience and have been in private practice for over 20 years. I am a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and am registered with The Health Professions Council (HPC) which are qualifications required by all insurance companies.

I qualified from the University of Brighton in 2001, following which I worked in the NHS in a variety of settings, gaining experience in the different physiotherapy disciplines before specialising inmusculoskeletal physiotherapy. Five years ago I set up Hastings Physiotherapy Clinic which has grown into a busy clinic, treating everything from neck and back pain to the elite athlete, striving to achieve their maximum potential.

Stuart qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1996 and currently works both in the public and private sectors. He obtained his Masters degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2006 and is a memberof the coveted MACP. Stuart has a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, and has a special interest in the management of Spinal Pain.

Alison qualified from Brunel University, London in 1997 with a Bsc(HON) degree in Physiotherapy. She has a broad knowledge in all fields of physiotherapy with particular extensive experience in themusculoskeletal field, both in the NHS and Private practice. Her clinical background includes a number of years working at senior level, specialising in Surgery and Orthopaedics as a Clinical Specialist and as an Extended Scope Practioner in A+E.

The Clinic is offering a New 'Back School', starting next week. This will be a Physiotherapy led 6 week program for people with back problems, where you will attend an individual assessment followedby 6 weekly classes of exercise and education and self management.
