Meredith-Davies Physiotherapy

Meredith-Davies Physiotherapy is run by Dawn Meredith-Davies MSc MCSP AACP and is based at the Natural Health Centre on the Thoroughfare in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Dawn specialises in relieving painful soft tissue, promoting healing and restoring positive movement patterns after injury, and uses an integrated treatment approach to ease away pain and discomfort. Integrated physiotherapy assists to create lasting change by treating beyond the symptoms.

Soft tissue issues can be injuries, and pulls, or strains, or sore joints, aching back, neck pains, headaches, 'postural' problems, foot issues. Dawn works specifically with movement analysis for running-based sports for athletes of all levels. The aim is to optimise performance, and to minimise injury from the outset (from youth athletes to adults, and from beginner to international athletes).
